Welcome to TRACEN Cape May MWR Guest Cottages, Rooms Campground and RV Park "NEW for 2023"

Our Guest Quarters consist of six fully furnished two-bedroom cottages, each with a living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. The cottages are equipped with essential housing items for everyday living needs. Only 287A and 287B are the only pet friendly cottages. The Guest Quarter Rooms consist of three hotel-style rooms. Rooms A and B have two queen beds and a full bath adjacent to the rooms. Room C has one queen bed and a full bath attached to the room. To keep the daily rate at a minimum, maid service is not provided. Occupants are responsible for ensuring the units are kept clean during their stay and at check-out. Our newly established RV Park consists of 12 fully serviced sites ranging in size from 40 to 60 feet max

Patrons must call the MWR Office to modify or cancel a reservation up to 72 hours before a stay begins for the reservation to be modified or canceled with no charge. Cancellations within the 72 hours will be charged one night's stay and the online booking fee. 

Reservation timelines are as follows:

  • Active-duty members and civilian employees attached to TRACEN Cape May and tenant commands (to include those on Temporary Duty (TDY) or Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders to or from a Coast Guard unit within the Cape May area) can make a reservation up to 180 days in advance of their intended stay. Call TRACEN MWR Office for assistance.  

  • All other Active-Duty Military can make a reservation up to 90 days in advance of their intended stay. Call TRACEN MWR Office for assistance.  

  • All other leisure travel reservations will be accepted no more than 30 days in advance.


Reservation requests are only reviewed Monday through Thursday 0800 - 1600 and Fridays 0800 - 1200. No reservation requests are reviewed and approved on weekends or federal holidays. 

Check-ins and check-outs are not done on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays unless approved by MWR personnel. Check-in is after 3:00pm and check-out is before 10:00am.
