The Space & Neighborly Vibes

The Crash Pad is located in a quiet, residential area of Indio with easy access to I-10 and Highway 111. Directly next door is Crash Pad B; while both units are private, they do share a yard. If your dates aren't available or you need more room, please ask us about booking both units!


Pet Policy

  • Pet Fee: $50 per dog.

  • "Spoiled Dog" Fee: Our way of saying we love well-behaved pups! Please ensure your pets are house-trained and respectful of the space.


Additional Fees & Guidelines

  • Extra Guests: $25 per person, per night (for groups over 4 adults).

  • Check-in: Early or All-Day Check-in may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire 24 hours before arrival.

  • Long-Term Stays: For stays over 30 days, additional cleaning fees may apply to keep the Pad sparkling.

  • Security Deposit: A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all stays.


Tech & Entertainment:

We’ve officially "cut the cord"—there is no cable TV. However, the Roku TV is fully loaded with apps for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and more.


Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Standard Weekends: 2-night minimum.

  • Holidays & Events: 3–4 night minimums apply (including Coachella and Stagecoach).

  • Note: Every booking undergoes a quick review before final acceptance. We will reach out if your specific dates require a longer nightly minimum. We appreciate your flexibility!
