  • Check-in/Out: Check-in 4:00 PM | Checkout 11:00 AM.

  • Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please inquire for details.

  • Quiet Hours: Struct outdoor quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No amplified music outside at any time due to La Quinta's STR regulations. 

  • Safety: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms.
