We are within the Gatlinburg city limits but we're also close to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions there. Downtown Gatlinburg is about 2 miles, and Pigeon Forge and Dollywood about 15-20 min(under normal traffic conditions).. We are located in a private, gated village community.
