The Oceanfront Makai Estate is composed of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, Air Conditioning, Gourmet Kitchen with granite black countertops, stainless steel Wolf appliances, Koa kitchen cabinets, Koa entertainment center, laundry room, state-of-the-art billiard table, (leveled and maintained annually), Koa Dining Room, 2 wet bar areas, and a breathtaking Lanai overlooking the ocean with large Sofa and 2 large Koa chairs, 4 person tall Koa dining table, exterior stainless-steel appliances; refrigerator, ice fridge, 36 inch barbecue, ice fridge, exterior stainless steel sink.
The main entrance to the Lucky Bennet designed home is composed of spectacular koi ponds. The bedrooms are furnished with Tommy Bahama Lexington furniture, two Kings, three Queens, and a room with two twin beds. Kitchen is composed of stainless-steel sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf oven, microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher and glass electric cooktop. Slate floors in all common areas and bedrooms. We have an amenity garage area with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, and many beach coolers.
Oceanfront Makai Estate overlooks the refreshing freshwater pool and the rhythmic Pacific waves, the most breathtaking part of the Moana Makai Home may be the tranquil outdoor lanai. Spot the seasonal humpback whales while sipping your morning local Kona Coffee (arguably some of the best coffee on earth). Pods of local spinner dolphins swim by most days, making their daily commute. It truly becomes your own little piece of paradise-complete with a spectacular Hawaiian sunset to finish!
