STAY REQUIREMENTS
During Prime Season, Summer, Spring Break and Holiday weeks, Shore to Please typically rents weekend-to-weekend with a 7-night minimum stay.
Shorter stays and alternate dates may be available during other periods. Please send an inquiry before submitting a booking request.
Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: By 9:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs may not be available with same-day turnovers. Please coordinate travel accordingly.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

TWO KING MAIN SUITES
Two spacious King Main Suites each feature a sitting area, walk-in closet, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with jetted soaking tub, double sinks and spacious shower. French doors open to the screened porch/balcony.
KING GUEST BEDROOM & BUNK ROOM
The large King Guest Bedroom offers its own TV.
The Kids’ Bunk Room features four full-size bunk beds, 43-inch Smart TV and screened porch/balcony access.
These bedrooms share a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combination and vanity.
An additional King air mattress is available.
KITCHEN & MAIN LIVING AREA
The open kitchen offers generous cabinetry and counter space, breakfast bar, reverse-osmosis drinking water, convection toaster oven, Keurig and Hamilton Beach 12-cup coffee maker.
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable gathering space and a large 80-inch television. A half bathroom is also located on this level.

The private in-home elevator provides convenient access to the upper living levels and kitchen and is especially helpful with luggage, groceries or for guests needing assistance with stairs.

TWO 4-PERSON GOLF CARTS INCLUDED
There are no cars on North Captiva. Shore to Please includes two complimentary 4-person golf carts, providing seating for up to 8 guests.
Additional carts may be rented through Boats and Fun. Advance reservations are recommended during busy seasons.

ABOUT NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND
North Captiva is an unspoiled barrier island accessible only by boat or private plane. Approximately two-thirds of the island is State Preserve.
Enjoy incredible beaches, shelling, fishing, boating, wildlife and nature trails. Dolphins, manatees, tortoises and native birds are all part of the North Captiva experience.
The island offers restaurants, bars, Mangos convenience store, Boats and Fun and other island services. Activities and services may include boat rentals, fishing charters, bikes, kayaks, private chefs, prepared meals and excursions to Cayo Costa, Boca Grande and Cabbage Key.
There is no traditional full-size grocery store, so grocery planning before arrival is important.
GETTING TO NORTH CAPTIVA
Most guests fly into RSW – Southwest Florida International Airport and travel to Safe Harbor Pineland Marina on Pine Island.
Guests may reach North Captiva by scheduled ferry, private water taxi/charter or their own boat.
Island Girl Charters is approximately a 30-minute ferry ride. Round-trip adult fare is approximately $59 plus tax. Paid overnight car parking at Safe Harbor Pineland Marina is approximately $12 per night.
Ferry transportation and marina parking are paid separately and are not included in the rental rate.
For a 4:00 PM check-in, guests commonly reserve the approximately 3:00 PM ferry to the Mainstay/Barnacles dock. The approximately 5:00 PM ferry may also be an option.
Reserve early, as ferries can fill. Schedules, availability and pricing can change, so confirm current information before finalizing travel.
Upon arrival, our island concierge will assist with transporting you, your luggage and groceries to Shore to Please.
GROCERIES & ISLAND CONCIERGE
Grocery options include:
• Bring groceries on the ferry
• Arrange a personal shopper
• Have groceries stocked before arrival
• Arrange grocery delivery during your stay
Complete information will be provided in your Shore to Please Welcome Package. Shopping and stocking services may involve additional charges.
Our concierge can also assist with departure.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Weather, transportation interruptions and flight delays can affect island travel.
Ferry transportation, private charters, marina parking, personal shopping and other third-party services are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
Two 4-person golf carts ARE included complimentary.
All guests receive a Welcome Package and must complete and return the homeowner’s vacation rental agreement before their stay.
SECURITY CAMERAS
In accordance with VRBO disclosure requirements, exterior security cameras are located at the front, back, side and underneath the home. There are no disclosed interior cameras.
