Our beach retreat is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 4 Bathroom (2 full, 2 half) home featuring 2 king beds and a set of queen bunk beds.  Perfect for a family vacation or a couples getaway, this home has been well appointed with high-end furnishings and decor.  This is 3 level home with stairs and an ELEVATOR for easy access.  

The ground floor has private, covered parking, outdoor grill area, and an outdoor shower and bathroom for convenience on those days spent on the white, sandy beach.  The second floor is where you will find three cozy bedrooms featuring very comfortable Nectar mattresses to ensure you rest well.  There is a private, master suite and an additional full bath conveniently situated between the other two bedrooms.  Each bedroom has a TV for those lazy days or nights spent watching your favorite movies.  On the third level you will find a large, open, living and kitchen area with a balcony.  The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and entertaining.  A high-top cafe table and lounging sofa are on the balcony for morning coffee, evening cocktails or napping as you watch the sunset on the gulf and listen to the waves crash ashore.  The home is equipped with high-speed wifi for remote working or entertainment. 

SOL Y MAR is conveniently located near The Markets of Mexico Beach, Mango Marleys, Forgotten Coast Brewing Company, city pickleball courts, and the public boat ramp.  Across the street is a city playground and park area.
