Welcome to our Sunbird Home. Our beach condo is privately owned 747 sq ft, 12th floor "B" Penthouse, one bedroom and one bath. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a twin daybed. 180 degree views of the beach can be seen from our balcony and Living room.

We value the safety of our guests. In order to follow local ordinances (HIP) from the city of Panama City Beach, all PCB complexes must now maintain digital info of guests staying in the complex. This just means that instead of keeping paperwork registrations now it will be online. With that, comes an expedited way to register online in advance of your arrival. No need to stop by the office or register in person. Which means that I can no longer have the parking pass and armband ready for you in the unit. Registration (includes a parking pass, if needed) is $35 and amenity wristbands are $6 each(10 years old and up).

Amenities & Accommodations

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and features all stainless steel appliances. Linens for the bed and sofa and 10 towel sets are provided. It has 1 bedroom with a King size bed with a slider out to the private balcony.  One bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The living area also has a slider out to the balcony with gorgeous views of the white sands and the emerald coast ocean. During March 1st-October 31st, the condo offers a set of beach chairs and umbrella FREE- from the Beach Service.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Cash.

*The rates provided in a requested quote include the following charges: Rent-Taxes- -Cleaning 

Additional charges:

          Credit card/PayPal convenience fees.   Personal checks and Venmo will not be charged the convenience fee.  

          You will be emailed a link to register at the Sunbird thru ParkNSpot website.  The charges will include $35.00 for registration and $6.00 per armbands for every guests 10 or older. 

          A non refundable damage deposit will be charged to your credit card  (79.00$).  

*You have the choice to purchase travel insurance. If you do not wish to purchase travel insurance, you must decline the offer. You can not cancel a reservation- you can move your reservation to another available date if possible. So travel insurance might be a choice for you, if you are unsure of your vacation date.
