The home is newly decorated and furnished. The first floor that you enter from the huge parking area has a spacious kitchen, living, dining room combo with two dining tables.  Step outside to a large deck overlooking the lake with two picnic tables and a gas grill. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and 2 full baths on the main floor.  Downstairs you have another sitting area, laundry, 3 bedrooms and a full bath.  Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has 4 twins for the kiddos!

This rental is located at the north end of Lake Martin and only 30 miles away from Auburn's Jordan Hare Stadium! It's super close to Madwind Boat Ramp on Boat Ramp Road, only 2 minutes or .4 miles.  Once you have the boat in you are also close to fun locations like Peanut Point, and Boondocks at Bay Pine. River North Marina and Wind Creek Marina are also close by, and they offer boat rentals for your stay.  Wind Creek State Park's Cream of the Creek offers a seasonal stop for fast food and ice cream.
