Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Peer to Peer Payment, Cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1) 50% of total rental cost due at time of booking (reservation is not secured until deposit is received). Balance due seven (7) days prior to scheduled check-in date.
2) 100% of any monies received will be refunded if cancelled 60+ days prior to scheduled arrival date.
3) 50% of any monies received will be refunded if cancelled 30-59 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
4) Zero monies received will be refunded if cancelled 29 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date.

5) Should one or more of your cancelled dates become booked, we will issue a refund (minus 15%) for monies received for the re-booked date(s).
