The main entrance located upstairs welcomes you with mountain top views of Beaver Lake, a large open living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV and a wood burning fireplace. The master suite is located on this floor complete with a King bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. The beautifully decorated dining room seats 8 with access to a spacious outdoor deck complete with hot tub providing relaxation for 2, gas grill, and patio furniture.

The lower level hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a large recreational area with pool table and bar, complete living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV, full modern kitchen, and a dining table for 8. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has a trundle bed with 1 full and 1 twin mattress.

    Payments Accepted: Peer to Peer Payment.

    This is a non-smoking home. No pets are allowed on the premises. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $150.00 is charged per reservation. All reservations require a $250.00 damage deposit that will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation and will be refunded within 7 days after checking out, if no damage is reported. 

    Must be 23 years of age or older to reserve and book a vacation property

     Rental amount is due upon reservation. Rental amount is fully refundable minus a cancellation fee of 15% of the reservation total for notification of cancelations 30 days or longer prior to the arrival date or 60 days of more for Holiday reservations.

    From South and East: From Eureka Springs, continue on HWY 62/W Van Buren. After 3.7 miles, turn left on CO RD 187. Continue for 3.9 miles and turn left on Mundell road. After 1.3 miles, turn right onto Jackson Ridge. 69 Jackson Ridge is 100 ft. on your left.

    From West: Continue East on HWY 62. Turn right onto HWY 187. After 5 miles, turn right on Mundell road. Continue for 1.3 miles and turn right onto Jackson Ridge rd. 69 Jackson Ridge is 100 ft. on your left.
