Bella Casa Kings River Huntsville is a two-level home equipped with a gourmet kitchen, large recreational area, spacious screened in porch, and a large fire pit with seating that offers you a cozy place to gather with friends and family on cool nights. This delightful hideaway can sleep up to 12 with 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths and 2 1?2 baths.


The main side entrance welcomes you to a large laundry room, 2 1?2 baths, and a large open living area with large screen TV equipped with DirecTV and a wood burning furnace. The master suite is located on this floor complete with a king bed, large screen TV, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. Two other bedrooms are located on this main level and each have a queen bed, with 1 room having a large screen TV. The gourmet kitchen comes complete with a large dining table for 8 with access to a spacious outdoor screened in porch with a dining table for 6, gas grill, and smoker.


The upper level hosts 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. 1 bedroom has a full size bed and large screen TV, and 1 bedroom has a full size bed, and two twins.

This is a pet-friendly, non-smoking home. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $150.00 and a booking fee of $25.00 is charged per reservation.   All reservations require a $250.00 damage deposit that will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to check-in."


Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or other special events at our vacation rental. The minimum fee is $500 for any unauthorized event that we find out about after the fact. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home. There will be no refund of rent or other taxes and fees for unauthorized events

Turn left onto AR-127 E (Forum,AR) Drive 3.4 miles and turn left at Madison 1435 (Alabam, AR-Red Building/Fire Station) Drive 0.4 miles, and veer right at the 3rd street, CO RD 1505. From Springdale, Arkansas (34 miles): Travel 412 E for 26.9 miles.
