This eco-friendly two level home is located on the Kings River, just 12 miles from Eureka Springs, and perfect for canoing, kayaking, and fishing or just relaxing and cooling off in the pristine water. This beautiful home is 3,480 sq. ft. with all the comforts of home; with a large modern kitchen complete with all the appliances and cooking amenities perfect for entertaining, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 1 master bath with dual sinks and tub. Dining room for 6 is adjacent to a living area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the scenic Kings River. Sleeps 11

The upper level hosts the Master bedroom which has a king size bed and private bath with tub, and access leading out to the spacious deck; and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 additional full bathroom. The lower level contains a large recreational living area with ping pong table, poker table, bar, small café table, microwave, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with a full and twin size bunk bed share 1 full bathroom.

    Payments Accepted: Peer to Peer Payment.

    This is a non-smoking home. No pets are allowed on the premises. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $150.00 is charged per reservation. All reservations require a $250.00 damage deposit that will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation and will be refunded within 7 days after checking out, if no damage is reported.

    Must be 23 years of age or older to reserve and book a vacation property

    Rental amount is due upon reservation. Rental amount is fully refundable minus a cancellation fee of 15% of the reservation total for notification of cancelations 30 days or longer prior to the arrival date or 60 days of more for Holiday reservations.

    From North and East: From Berryville, head W on HWY 62 and turn left on CO RD 221 and continue for 7.4 miles. Turn left on 370 Star lane right before the bridge over Kings River. You will see 2 mailboxes and a private Star Lane blue sign. Stay straight on paved road for approx. 30 ft. and it will turn to gravel. You will come to a green gate in 200 yards.

    From West: East on HWY 62/E Van Buren. Turn right on CO RD 302/Rock house road. Continue for 6.6 miles, and turn left onto HWY 221 S. After 1.7 miles, go across bridge over Kings River, turn right on 370 Star lane. You will see 2 mailboxes and a private Star Lane blue sign. Stay straight on paved road for approx. 30 ft. and it will turn to gravel. You will come to a green gate in 200 yards.

    From South: North on HWY 23. Turn right onto Madison 1000. After 0.3 miles, turn right onto Madison 1050/HWY 221 and continue for 5.4 miles. Turn left to stay on HWY 221 and continue for 3 miles. Turn right on 370 Star Lane. You will see 2 mailboxes and a private Star Lane blue sign. Stay straight on paved road for approx. 30 ft. and it will turn to gravel. You will come to a green gate in 200 yards.
