Welcome to Coastal Soul, a spacious luxury island home in a fantastic North Captiva location — just seconds from the Island Club amenities and minutes from the Gulf beaches!

This beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with over 2,100 square feet of interior living space offers soaring ceilings, architectural details, multiple outdoor living areas and a rooftop Sky Deck with 360-degree island views from Pine Island Sound to the Gulf of Mexico.

Your vacation includes two complimentary golf carts for up to 8 guests plus access to the Island Club at North Captiva amenities, including two heated pools, spa, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, poolside dining, bars and more.

STAY REQUIREMENTS

During Prime Season, Summer Season, Spring Break and Holidays, Coastal Soul typically rents weekend to weekend with a 7-night minimum stay.

During other periods, shorter stays and alternate check-in/check-out days may be available. Please send an INQUIRY before submitting a booking request if interested in different dates or a shorter stay.

Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: By 9:00 AM

Due to same-day turnovers, early check-ins and late check-outs may not be available. Please confirm special arrangements before booking your ferry or other island transportation.

Travel insurance is always recommended.

OUTDOOR LIVING & INCREDIBLE VIEWS

Coastal Soul offers several outdoor spaces for relaxing, dining and enjoying island life.

Three bedrooms open onto the expansive screened wraparound balcony, while another bedroom offers access to an open balcony.

The rooftop Sky Deck/Crow’s Nest offers sweeping 360-degree views across North Captiva from Pine Island Sound to the Gulf of Mexico.

It is a wonderful place to enjoy island wildlife, beautiful sunrises and unforgettable sunsets.

FLOOR PLAN

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor features a Queen Main Suite with direct access to the screened wraparound porch. Its private en suite bathroom includes a tiled shower.

Two additional Queen Guest Bedrooms also offer access to the screened wraparound porch and share a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

A full-size stackable washer and dryer and convenient half bathroom are also located on this level.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor features the spacious King Main Suite with a large en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, double sinks and large shower.

The gourmet kitchen includes tall cabinetry, breakfast bar, pantry, wine refrigerator and plenty of space for preparing meals and entertaining.

The kitchen opens to the bright dining and living areas with dramatic soaring ceilings and recessed lighting.

Outdoor spaces on this level include an open viewing porch off the dining area and an additional porch with outdoor dining off the living room.

A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop Sky Deck with incredible views of the Gulf, Pine Island Sound and surrounding island.

The home has continued to receive updates, including a newer dishwasher, deck chairs and housewares.

FANTASTIC ISLAND LOCATION

One of Coastal Soul’s best features is its convenient location.

The home is approximately a 4-minute walk or 90-second golf-cart ride to the Island Club at North Captiva area, where you’ll find the pools, marina, Mangos, Coconuts, Boats and Fun and other island amenities.

The Gulf beaches are also a short walk or approximately 2-minute golf-cart ride away.

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a private island home while remaining close to many of North Captiva’s amenities.

TWO GOLF CARTS INCLUDED

There are no cars on North Captiva Island. Transportation is by foot, bicycle or golf cart — part of the charm of the Old Florida island lifestyle.

Coastal Soul includes two complimentary golf carts for guests, making it easy to explore the beaches, restaurants, Island Club and other areas of North Captiva.

Coastal Soul allows up to two approved dogs with a pet fee. Please inquire regarding pet approval and applicable fees when booking.

ABOUT NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND

North Captiva is an unspoiled remote barrier island located off Southwest Florida in the Gulf of Mexico.

Approximately two-thirds of the island is State Preserve, providing beautiful natural surroundings and walking trails leading toward the Gulf.

North Captiva is known for incredible beaches, wildlife, tropical vegetation, world-class shelling and fishing, boating, water activities and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

The island offers restaurants and bars along with Mangos convenience store, Boats and Fun, and additional shopping and services.

Island services may include boat rentals, fishing charters, golf-cart and fat-tire bike rentals, fresh seafood delivery, private chefs, prepared meals, massage services, photography and excursions to Cayo Costa, Boca Grande and Cabbage Key.

There is no traditional full-size grocery store on North Captiva, so grocery planning before arrival is important.

GETTING TO NORTH CAPTIVA

North Captiva is accessible only by boat or private plane.

Most guests flying into Southwest Florida arrive at RSW – Southwest Florida International Airport and then travel to Safe Harbor Pineland Marina on Pine Island.

Guests may reach North Captiva by scheduled ferry, private water taxi/charter or their own boat.

For guests using Island Girl Charters, the ferry ride is approximately 30 minutes. The round-trip adult ferry fare is approximately $59.00 plus tax per adult.

Paid overnight parking is available at Safe Harbor Pineland Marina for approximately $12.00 per night.

Ferry transportation and marina parking are paid separately and are not included in the Coastal Soul rental rate.

Because rates and ferry schedules may change, guests should confirm current pricing and schedules when making travel arrangements.

Upon arrival, our island concierge will assist with transporting you, your luggage and groceries to Coastal Soul.

THINGS TO DO ON NORTH CAPTIVA

Enjoy world-class fishing and shelling, miles of white sugar-sand beaches, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, snorkeling, kayaking, biking, swimming and exploring the State Preserve.

Watch for dolphins, manatees, gopher tortoises and native birds and wildlife.

Rent a fishing charter or boat, visit Cabbage Key, explore nearby islands or simply relax on the beach.

North Captiva offers dining at Over the Waterfront in Safety Harbor, Mainstay/Barnacles, Mangos and Anchors Landing.

You’ll also find convenience items, ice cream, specialty foods, gifts and boating supplies on the island.

Boats and Fun offers golf-cart rentals, boat rentals, fishing charters, fat-tire bikes, kayaks, fresh seafood ordering and other island services.

Whatever your idea of an island vacation — adventure, fishing, shelling, boating or simply relaxing — Coastal Soul is a wonderful place to enjoy it.

GROCERIES & ISLAND CONCIERGE

Grocery options include:

• Bring groceries with you on the ferry
• Arrange for a personal shopper
• Have groceries purchased and stocked in Coastal Soul before arrival
• Arrange grocery delivery during your stay

Complete information will be included in your Coastal Soul Welcome Package after booking.

Personal shopping, grocery stocking and similar concierge services may involve additional guest charges.

Our island concierge can also assist with departure.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

North Captiva is a remote barrier island, and weather, transportation interruptions, flight delays and other unexpected circumstances can affect travel plans.

Ferry transportation, private charters, marina parking, personal shopping and other third-party services are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.

Two golf carts ARE included complimentary with your Coastal Soul rental.

All guests are required to complete and return the homeowner’s vacation rental agreement prior to their stay.

SECURITY CAMERA

In accordance with disclosure requirements, an exterior security camera is located outside at the driveway looking at the golf cart decks. 

There are no interior cameras.
