Catalpa House

The Catalpa house is a quaint 3br/2ba home, located near Bama Park. This home has beautiful Catalpa trees that bloom in the spring and houses Catawba worms in the summer.  These worms are perfect for catching fish and making memories.  

Located in a highly desired area by both land and water and only 30 miles from Auburn University.  

Home has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need, large master bedroom with garden tub and walk in shower, and two swings for relaxing.  So, grab a book from the living room and chill a while.   Large flat lot with 128' of waterfront, covered deck with working lights and fan, floating dock and beautiful shrubbery.

This Lake home has a large open living room, TV with Roku streaming, full kitchen and dining area. 

The Master has a King bed, TV with Roku streaming, garden tub, walk-in shower and lake view. 

The second room has a queen bed with lake view. 

Third bedroom has a queen bed. 

Shared bath is a standard tub/shower combo.

Gas Grill & Charcoal

Additional parking is available across the street in front of the garage.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks.

Must be 25 to book
MEMORIAL DAY week and FOURTH week require a 5-night minimum booking. 

LABOR DAY weekend requires a 3-night minimum booking.

Surcharges are applied to All Holiday Rentals and Auburn Home Football games.

To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $160.00 is charged per reservation, which also includes one set of linens and towels.   

There will be a $300 hold, as a damage deposit, placed on your card prior to check-in. 

A  14% Lodging Tax and a 4% Booking Fee will be applied
