Our family stayed in 3 condos this past week and enjoyed EVERY single moment. Our unit 104 was clean and gorgeous. The building is very clean and there’s so much for families to do. No need to buy or bring beach chairs, Collwood has it covered. The kids can play bags and/or shuffle board on the lower level. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was our 2nd time staying at Collwood, we absolutely love it there! Excellent location, gorgeous beach, all amenities that we could need, and Sharon and James are wonderful to work with!! We couldn’t be happier that we found Collwood 2 years ago! Can’t wait to come back to paradise next year!

Collwood Condos is an absolute gem. Sharon and James are always available if anything is needed. The property is clean and well cared for. Everyone feels like one big family when staying there.

Our annual girls trip took us to Collwood condos, unit 104. We can’t express enough just how wonderful, accommodating and beautiful our trip was. We went October 28-November 4. Beautiful weather, pool was excellent and restful. Mary and John went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was provided. Easy walk to Johns Pass, restaurants, shopping, viewing great sunsets on the beach. A truly great couple as managers and new friends! We are planning again for 2024 and am sure we will be staying at Collwood again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Collwood for our family vacation. Our condo was very clean and stocked with everything you would need for your beach vacation! The bathrooms were very nice with wonderful towels ??. Would highly recommend and plan on returning again!!

My wife and I have spent many enjoyable weeks at Collwood Condos over the past couple of years, none more enjoyable than the most recent. (Always seems to get better) Mary and John are superb hosts and the property could not be kept any nicer. We wish them the best in their future endeavors. Look forward to returning to Maderia Beach this winter. See you soon!

This is the millionth time that we have stayed at Collwood, in various units over the years (#104 this time)). Condo was clean, quiet, pool super well maintained, chairs to take to beach, great management.

Have stayed at Collwood many, many times since the 80's. It is a super well managed and maintained, well positioned complex that begs one to return. See ya in 2023!

We love staying at Collwood. We go back every year. We take our kids and grandkids. Collwood is close to everything. There’s no better place to be.

Again we had a great time at the Collwood. Mary and John are wonderful managers. The whole place is clean and well kept. We have gone every year for about 6 years and plan on next year again. The unit 104 is well equipped with comfortable beds and furniture.

We would like to thank you for sharing your condo with us on May 21-28, 2022. We were impressed from the moment we walked in by the view of the ocean and the beautiful finishings of the condo. We felt right at home and it had everything we could have needed. The bathrooms were beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We can't wait to visit again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

The Condos here are very large, well furnished, great views, well maintained and extremely well managed, by long term live in managers Mary and John,. Easy walk to Johns Pass and a few restaurants. There are basically 30 units on 5 floors. 104 was done over in a major way (with a lot of thought and good taste!)in about 2018, we have stayed there several times now; we have also stayed in the other condo units on the second, third and fourth floors- all good. Pool is great and parking is easy. Highly recommended. Booked into 104 already for next year!

This was the second time we have vacationed and state at Collwood Condos. We absolutely loved our unit. Mary, her sister and husband are very helpful, accommodating and welcoming. We definitely will be back!!!

Mary and John are terrific. Condo was spotless no dirt in corners! All kitchen items needed were there. All basic supplies are there to get you started. Soaps, paper towels etc. Plenty of towels for use inside an beach towels for out side. Been going to Madeira-Redington area for years, this is the best of many we've stayed at.

My husband and I stayed in Unit #104 in late Sept. and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and immaculate with a nicely equipped kitchen, The location was perfect and directly on the beach. The on-site managers were helpful and took special care and attention to the common facilities. We would definitely return for another visit!

We stayed in condo #104, and when you walk in you first see this beautiful kitchen, and then you glance to your left, and the ocean is right there staring back at you. We were like two kids! The kitchen and bathrooms are very nicely updated and everything was very clean and organized. The grounds of the condo was also kept very nice, and we have never seen grills so clean at a rental unit. This is now our favorite location in Madeira Beach and will be returning!

Hi my name is Tony Costa and me and my wife spent a week of the Fourth of July and this condo we’ve been staying in the same building for minimum of six years and this was one of the nicest units we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. We are looking forward to next year can’t wait.

A lovely place to spend our week at the beach. The management is super and the whole area is always clean as can be! Easy access to the beach and lounge chairs available. Stayed at a lot of places on the beach over the years but this is one of the very best

This was our first time staying at Collwood, and we were greeted so warmly by Mary and John. The condo itself was beautiful; the decorating was lovely, the layout was perfect with views of the ocean from every room, it was spotless and updated and very comfortable. It’s an elegant cottage feel. Everything we could need was provided, with great attention to that end. The beach was so close, the pool was inviting, and absolutely everything gave evidence that this is a place well cared for. We decided right away that we would be back next year. Thank you for all that you do to provide a wonderful vacation experience.

Everything was perfect. Very clean. Great location close to John’s Pass. Beach is always kept very clean. Would stay here again someday. Highly recommended.

The Collwood is a great property! Super location, great beach, very clean, condo updated and spacious. Managers John and Mary were wonderful to deal with. Very responsive when we had questions/issues. Would definitely come back!!!

I have been coming to Collwood for years with my family. Now that I am married my husband and I have started to make this our go to vacation spot as well! We love the area and Collwood is definitely the best place for us to stay! Mary always does a great job making you feel at home and getting you settled!
