It is located in a secure, well kept building situated on the beautiful white sand beaches and clear tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This sophisticated contemporary style condominium comes complete with breathtaking Gulf views and elegant upgrades throughout.  It features tile flooring in every room and is decorated in a calming neutral palette.  The living room offers ample seating with a leather sectional sofa and two oversized club chairs. It also includes access to a large beach front balcony where you can relax and enjoy watching the sunset over the Gulf. The dining area provides seating for 4 while the fully equipped kitchen adds additional seating with a beautiful stone front, marble topped, breakfast bar. The kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances, a tile back splash, marble counter tops and trey ceiling. There's also a washer and dryer for your convenience. A queen sized bed, large closet, ensuite bathroom and balcony access highlight the master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin sized beds and both bedrooms and the living room include flat screen tvs.
