This was the third unit we've stayed at Collwood and they've all been excellent. It is very noticeable that they have on sight building management because all the units are kept in excellent condition. The kitchens are all fully equipped with high quality h top notched cookware. Great linens and towels. Overall 5 stars and big shoutout to Mary and John for keeping the units in the excellent shapes they're in.

This is not our first time we stayed at the Collwood building, and just like previous stays, it was an excellent experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Location is Exquisite and amenities are really good. We certainly come back again .

Great time, lovely people to deal with

We’ve stayed here twice now and have booked another stay for two weeks later this year! Managers are wonderful, we feel very at home here!

How lucky was I to find the Collwood Condos on my last minute search to the Gulf. We ended up in Condo 201 and the condo is absolutely beautiful, even better then the photos since it seems to have been updated recently. My family of 6 had a wonderful time. My 4 daughters enjoyed the bean bags, the shuffleboard, pool and of course the few steps to the beautiful clean beach. I loved the chairs were right there for us to borrow and I loved the idea of an actual hose to rinse off from the sand and not just a shower head or low faucet to keep trying to turn on and off like some condos/hotels use. Mary was so great to work with and kept us updated every step, even called to let us know the condo was available earlier than promised to check-in. I am afraid to say too many good things because I don't want the word to get out about this perfect condo right on the beach!

Collwood condos are a perfect place to stay, Close to johns pass and treasure island. The managers Mary and John keep a very Clean and well maintained building, we are looking forward to returning next year.

Stayed here for almost a week and it was amazing. Mary will very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Great location easy pool and beach access. John’s pass is very close with restaurants and activities waiting for you. We would go back in a heartbeat and look forward to making this a yearly trip for us.

All we had to bring was our swim suits and food. Collwood provided the beach, the sun, the sand, the water, and all the chairs and toys. What a nice hidden gem. Close to everything you want to be near. The unit was super clean and relaxing. The staff was more than accommodating. The common area, elevator, hallways, play area underneath, all were clean. I NEVER saw garbage or trash laying around. I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back. Thank you.

We have stayed here a couple of times, and we have been very happy each time. Our last stay included my brother's family as well as his grown children, so we rented 3 units. They were all fabulous. The beach is perfect, and the location is great because there is so much to do! Within walking distance is St. John's Pass, which is the "go to" place on Madeira Beach. All of the units are lovely, but not all of them face the beach. They do all have good sized balconies for sitting out in the ocean breezes. One of my favorite perks here is that there are lounge chairs they have available for you to take to the beach, so you don't even have to bring your own chairs! Finally, Mary and her husband take excellent care of the units, and are available on-site if you ever have a problem. These units are well worth the price, and the location can't be beat! Enjoy Florida from the Collwood Condos!

Our vacation here was great. Our unit was 201 and it was more spacious than expected. Somewhat dated but still made for a great time. Management was friendly and prompt. Grounds very clean and taken care of. Johns pass is just a few steps away and made for great dinners!
