A wonderful family place to stay.

I want to say that my family and I enjoyed our stay at Collwood Condo 301. The condo was comfortable and had all of the conveniences of home. Every aspect of the condo made our experience enjoyable, from our accommodations to the pool and the beach. The overall experience was great, and we look forward to coming back next year. Check in was quick and easy. The entire stay was relaxing. Unit was cleaned Very well and kitchen well stocked. The condo was quiet. Loved watching the nightly volleyball games. And wasn't even charged an admission fee for spectating. Wonderful borrowing the corn hole game and hearing the story of how it got there. Best condo we have vacationed at.

Short but sweet. Collwood Condos and everything about them are considered our secret gem! We absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING about Collwood and Mary and John. Location, Location, Location. Impeccable inside and out. Always easy to get in touch w someone if you have any issues, like locking yourself out. ?? I would be the saddest person if we were no longer able to stay at Collwood Condos. We've stayed multiple times now and I just love it more and more. Great location w direct beach access, with gorgeous swimming pool. I just can't say enough wonderful things about our stays at Collwood. So much so that I need to call and try and set up our next trip for October/November 2023. Thank you so much Mary/John and individuals who may own there. The only thing I would recommend in unit #301, is a few throw rugs would be nice, as the floor is quite glassy and could get slippery. Also felt bad leaving footprints on that beautiful floor. Thanks again to all participants involved, especially the Ogren's who are absolutely amazing. Oh..it might make it easier for you (Owners) to accept payments via, Venmo, PayPal or even Zelle. We have always had a very pleasurable vacation at Collwood thanks to Mary and John…….. thank you for your hospitality ??

Upon arriving, the room was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area, outside bathroom, picnic area, and parking lot were always clean. Especially nice that there were beach chairs available for use. We were able to play volleyball in the evenings while watching several glorious sunsets. We look forward to returning next Summer.

We stayed in 301 at Collwood Condos 4-11 June 2022. Our family enjoyed the well stocked condo well prepared For a great family vacation. Beach towels, beach toys, tent Were all provided in addition to a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful Sunrises over the Bay each morning and cooler evenings Enjoying the beach night life of Madeira.

We love our stay. You have a beautiful place and we definitely want to come back. We had the best vacation very relaxing sitting on the beach. Close to everything that we needed. Thank you for letting us stay in your vacation home. Larry & Melissa

Our 3rd time staying at Collwood and cannot say enough about the place. Amazing condo building; Mary and John keep the place running perfectly. Unit 301 is extremely well stocked with everything you will ever need.

As always Collwood did not disappoint, we had a wonderful time and the unit 301 was a great spot. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and nice and relaxing ! Mary & John were the greatest support and always make sure everything is ready as quickly as possible to get everyone in on those busy Saturdays ! Can’t wait to go back next year!!

This is our second 4th of July that we have spent at Collwood Condos. Despite hurricane Elsa it was still an amazing vacation. The condos are well kept. If there is a problem John and Mary are right there and take care of any concerns. We have already booked for next 4th of July. We love it there. I would highly recommend Collwood. You will not be disappointed.

I have stayed at Collwood numerous times in different condos, each one has been very nice and super clean! Mary is amazing, and so easy to work with! I had a great vacation once again, Collwood is the only place to stay!

Super clean inside. It's even equipped with few spices in the cabinet for us, roll of paper towel, toilet paper, dish detergent,laundry detergent touse. There are plenty of toys for the kid to play in the sand. Beach chairs are available for us to use as well. Location is right at the beach. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time we're in townMary made us feel very welcomed. Thank you.

2 years ago, we stayed at and LOVED Collwood...so much so that this year we booked another vacation in another unit. The on-site managers are so great--very helpful & very kind. The units, halls, elevators and pool area (including the bathrooms!) are kept incredibly clean. There are several beach items for guests to use (lounge chairs to beach toys) and the under building parking area that is used for grilling, games and swinging is such a great place to gather and meet others. After our first year at Collwood, we decided to make this at least an every other year trip (I'd come yearly, if I could!). We fell in love with all things Madeira Beach. Collwood and Madeira are both very family friendly. We can't wait to plan our next trip!

I forgot to mention in my review...in the craziness of packing 2 small children for an early flight, I left my own personal house & car keys in the unit and did not realize until we were IN FLIGHT! As soon as we landed, I sent a message to Mary & John. Mary immediately checked the unit, and had my keys in the mail the next day! You will truly not find many vacation property managers who are as awesome as them :)

We loved our stay at Collwood! Very spacious and well stocked with everything we could need! This was our third stay in Madeira Beach and will definitely be back and stay at Collwood again.

Mary as always so inviting and super friendly upon arrival, super quick sign in and on our way to our room. Walking into the room , I was super pleased, it was very updated, spacious, clean and homelike. I was by far impressed with the space in 301, the kitchen was gorgeous as was the entire condo. The only issue I found was the mattresses were very firm and I wasnt used to that but over all I highly recommend
