We always enjoy our stay at Collwood. Collwood 303 was very well equipped with everything we needed. Sharon was very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely will be staying for a 3rd year!

We recently stayed in Collwood 303 for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need for a lovely vacation. The property managers keep the property spotless. Collwood condos is conveniently located with restaurants within walking distance and is situated on beautiful Madeira Beach. Lovely property!

First off, this was our third year staying at Collwood which is making this building and spot feel more like a home-away-from-home for us! I cannot say enough about the location of this condo! Literally everything is within walking distance, and leaving the condo with no shoes and walking in sand immediately is just so wonderful! We have stayed in three different units at Collwood and each one has been very comfortable and clean, and unit #303 did not disappoint this year either! Our expectations were exceeded during our stay for the week. We feel the Collwood had all the amenities a family could need. The most convenient and closest beach access that made our time in the sun, sand, and gulf maximized. Nice pool as well. We look forward to coming back soon.

We had a fabulous week enjoying the beach, the pool and the short walk to John’s Pass! Our unit was very well equipped, the furnishings were beautiful and it felt like a home away from home. We definitely plan a return visit!

This place was wonderful. Very modern touches to the condo. Everything we could possibly need was there. The location was perfect for walking to John's Pass nightly. Beaches were gorgeous with white sand. Dolphins swam close everyday. Very relaxing family vacation spot.

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Mary made check in easy and answered all my questions before we arrived. Will be staying there again for years to come.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 303. Well appointed kitchen, comfy furniture, wonderful walk-in shower in the master. Loved the balcony, great for people watching. There were lots of outside toys, chairs, & the pool area was a hit ge hit with the 5 year old. Used the grill 3 times, cooked our meals perfectly. Friendly staff and friendly people. Highly recommended.

We love Collwood condos. They are well appointed comfortable and perfectly situated on the beach and close to all amenities. Mary is a pleasure to deal with and John keeps the place spotless. We have stayed in a number of the condos and have had no complaints about any of them. Have already booked to stay again in the fall and next spring!

We stayed in condo 303. It was extremely clean & nicely decorated Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available to all guests Very friendly atmosphere amongst all the condo building dwellers This building is very well taken care of thanks to Mary and John Looking forward to spending time there again next year

Mary was the best from the get go. So friendly & informative about the available activities and local attractions. Our condo was clean and well stocked of supplies. We met so many great people that we’re staying there as well. Hope to get back there next year. Thank you Mary!

This is our second year of staying at Collwood. The first year on the ocean side and this year on the street side. We found everything we needed in the condo unit. Everything was clean and ready for us. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. We walked many miles on the beach and shell collecting during our week stay. We visited Johns Pass almost daily. Its a terrific place to say with easy access to everything you need. We only hope that we can get back in there for two weeks next years. We're on the waiting list.

Spent a good time at condo 303. 2 couples occupancy and pleased with stay. Very comfortable. Easy access to beach and other activities.

Our sister getaway was great week. We had great weather for December. The condo was very accommodating and comfortable. It had everything we needed and they even gave us detergent, paper products and other kitchen necessities. We felt safe there and we met many nice people. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and the cozy swing. The beach and pool was right out the back with easy access. Mary, thank you for always being available. We had a few little hiccups but nothing that interrupted our stay. We are looking forward to another stay.

Second time we've stayed here this summer. It's clean, has nice amenities, the units are well appointed, and the beach is beautiful! If you are looking for a great place at a great price, this is the one! And the caretakers live right on property, so if there are any questions or issues, you know you will get taken care of promptly.

We stayed in Collwood 303 the week of August 7, 2021. For weeks we had watched the red tide reports and it did not look good. The week before we arrived the red tide subsided. When we got there we found that the beach and the water were beautiful. The condo exceeded even our best expectations. It was beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious and the kitchen is so well appointed you could easily cook anything you wanted. The pool was great and we met some very friendly fellow guests staying in the complex. The managers are the best. It was one of the best vacations we have had and we will definitely be back. Thank you Collwood for a great experience!

Our family comes here almost every year and every year we are just as pleased if not more than the time before. They provide everything in the condo you’ll need. Whoever does the decorations for them are AMAZING! It’s definitely a place I’d recommend! We come here every year for a reason! The owners are SUPER nice also which is a plus and I’m sure hard to maintain since most tourists can be complicated. But they’re still nice anyways!

Great vaca! Great condo...clean, comfy beds, all the accommodations we could ask for. Chairs & toys for beach provided. Extra towels. Nice place!!

Beautiful condo in a great location!!!

Our family loved our recent experience at Collwood. The condo was clean, welcoming and stocked with everything we would need for a week. The noise level was minimal and everyone was very friendly.

We have stayed at Collwood Condos in the past, but this was our first stay in Unit 303. I don't know where to start in saying that it was truly a great place for our family to stay. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. My family that lives in Florida always come to visit us while there, and we do a fish fry downstairs next to the shuffleboard area, always a great place to relax and watch the waves. The kids truly love the heated pool, but also the awesome beach. We kindly donated a few more sand toys to the already full beach toy box. Me and family enjoyed staying at Collwood Condos, unit 303. The condo was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need and the living area had plenty of seating. The condo building is perfect, right on the beach, plenty of parking and a heated pool. The owner, Donna, is wonderful and answered any questions that I had. The property managers, Mary and John, are wonderful as well with paperwork, answering questions and making check in smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo...very clean, and management took care of our needs. Very easy in communications and everything you needed in condo unit. We’ve stayed in many areas but this was the first time in Madeira Beach. The bathrooms, beds, and furniture were very comfy and made it feel like home. You will not be disappointed. Lots of people walking and riding bikes...easy to get around. There are 3 grocery stores within a mile...and lots of places to eat within a few blocks. Ideally located. Just bring your coffee, shampoo, and soap...everything else is there.

We stayed 10 days with our 3 boys in Condo 303. We enjoyed the location and parking as well as being steps from the beach and a heated pool at the location. There is also plenty of cookware and gas grills to use as needed. There are lots of sand toys and beach chairs avaliable for use. Tvs in bedrooms, and one room gas smart TV with Netflix and Hulu available! Owner was responsive and helpful and even gave us a courtesy call when we were going to get to see bad weather.

We stayed a week in July in room 303 and were VERY satisfied. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we would need with great dishes and exceptional good pots and pans. The living-room had plenty of seating on comfortable couches. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice. I cannot say anything bad about our stay because it was wonderful.

We love staying at Collwood Condo this is our 5 year returning and have to say enjoyed every stay and hoping to return next year. John and Mary go way above to meet your needs. Even with Covid distances was used and hand sanitizers inside elevator was awesome . We appreciate your help and concern of everyone staying there.
