This place never disappoints! Excellent location, well cared for and Mary and John work hard to keep the place looking great. Love it :)

We enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at the Collwood. We've been comming here for many years and have never been disappointed. This year we stayed in unit 304 and it was a nice unit. The bed in the master bedroom is too small so if the owners would upgrade this to a king-size bed, it would be a 5 star review. Th e Collwood is great, but the rising pricees to stay at the Collwood is making us look at other condos for next year.

Everything at Collwood was wonderful! We had a great time and everything at the the condo was is in great condition. We had everything we needed! Will definitely stay there again.

This is the place to be at if you want a great vacation. We have been coming here for the last 4 yrs and would not think of staying anywhere else. Condos are very clean and very up to date. John and Mary do a awesome job making sure your visit is awesome. Looking forward to returning next year.

My husband and I stayed at Collwood June 2022. The place was clean inside and out. We have been going to Collwood for the last 4 years for vacation and will continue to do so. We have stayed in different units and have loved everyone of them. Mary Ogren the manager is absolutely the best. She goes above and beyond for you. We absolutely have zero complaints. The hosts (Mary & John) are fabulous. They are so attentive and respond quickly to answer any questions or concerns. They are the main reason we have chosen Collwood as our winter destination. We were more than satisfied with 304 as it was well equipped and comfortable. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Year 2 at Collwood Condos and again we were not disappointed! The rooms are spacious, cleaned well and Mary/John are so friendly and helpful. We loved our experience again!!

In 2021 we stayed at Collwood for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. That turned out to be our best vacation we've ever taken, until 2022 when we stayed at Collwood again and had another incredible vacation. Everything about Collwood is fantastic- the condos, other guests, Mary and John...everything. We will definitely be back in 2023 and we highly recommend Collwood!

This place is amazing . We had a one week vac planned but ended up staying two weeks. The units are so clean and nicely furnished and the view of the ocean was fantastic. John and Mary do a outstanding job keeping the place clean and are always checking to see if everything is ok and if we needed anything. This is the place to be at for a outstanding Vacation!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay this holiday week as we celebrated our great nation in Madiera Beach. The Collwood Vacation Condo's are located within walking distance to John's Pass and many great restaurants. Our Condo was a perfect place to enjoy the sunsets and we enjoyed the warm ocean and pool almost everyday. We are looking forward to returning again next year. We loved the condo and the breathtaking sunsets each evening, not to mention the “more private beach area”. The Collwood is truly a gem. The furnishings were tasteful and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The ocean view from anywhere in our condo was amazing. I loved listening to the waves and sounds of the ocean. I plan on making this an annual stay! Mary was most kind and very helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay so much! This was our third time staying at Collwood and unit 304 did not disappoint! Loved the tropical decor.. and beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony! Mary you are the best! Thanks for everything!

Our stay at Collwood Condo was very enjoyable! The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The managers were helpful, friendly and professional! This was our second stay at Collwood and well worth the money!

We had such a wonderful time at the Collwood 304! The location and views were stunning! But I must say, what took the stay to the next level was Mary and her husband who you know have a passion for this place. Throughout the entire booking process Mary was incredible. The attention to detail was unlike ANY rental experience we've had before. The units are beautifully maintained as well as the property. We will be back for sure!

I stayed at Collwood over the holidays and it felt like home away from home. The condo was beautiful and very well kept: clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed and more. The view and access to the beach is unbeatable. I walked several times a day on the beach and felt the stress of winter leave my body. Being there over the holidays might seem lonely but Mary Ogren made it so special. She had a holiday get together for all residents and that made a difference. The residents are friendly and social yet I had privacy. Mary is friendly, professional and efficient. I hope to stay again at Collwood!
