We would certainly recommend the Collwood Condo, Madeira Beach. Our condo was very clean, much of the condo was nicely updated. Access to the beautful beach was perfect. The pool was warm with plenty of lounge chairs. Outdoor BBQ's were clean and a good option,especially for long stays It was great to have on site Managers. Sharon and her husband were so helpful, professional and there if you needed any assistance. Other guests and owners were very friendly and welcoming. The proximity to Johns Pass full of great restaurants and shops was an easy walk. We truly enjoy every minute of our stay.

Our stay in 402 was wonderful! The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had! We will be back! The only complaint we have are the keys to get in the building. With only two keys, and adults coming and going at different times, the situation to get in the building became a hassle. I would suggest using a key pad or having the doors open till 7 pm.

perfect stay, highly recommend Collwood. Property is very well maintained and the managers are prompt with any questions or needs. this is an ideal location for beach lovers. Close walk to everything and the beach isn't too busy.

We stayed at the Collwood April 30 To May20. We enjoyed the pool mostly. You would always see John working on keeping the grounds so nice. Mary and her sister were very helpful! We went on the calypso cruise from John’s pass, I would recommend that. Thanks again!

I can't say enough about Mary & John. We had several travel changes and Mary was so easy to work with through it all. We didn't need much but the couple of things we did need during our stay, Mary & John made it happen. This is what hospitality management should be like. Only issue with our condo specifically was the weight of the the sliding glass doors and the vertical blinds. Very miniscule issues. We also found out at the end of our stay that Mary donates the food/things you leave behind, to those in need and we LOVE that. Thanks so much, Mary & John!

We keep returning to Collwood Condos for our family vacation! Here….we feel like family! Mary and John are the best! Everything is always in excellent condition and each unit is fully stocked with the essentials. The beach is only steps away….the pool is always clean in case you feel like spending some time there. The grills outside are always available so you can cook for the family. Love the shuffleboard and corn hole as well. Everything you could want is so close. Enjoy it each time we come!

There are not enough words to adequately express our time at Collwood Condos at Madeira Beach, FL! Everything you need is provided, you have the beach as your front yard, the pool, the grills, the parking spaces, the picnic areas, the shops close by, and many delicious places to eat. Everyone is so friendly and Mary and her husband are very accommodating. The condos are very nice, clean, and offered to us a lifetime of memories! Even though I was there for a surgery, the hospital was close and my drive to downtown St. Petersburg every morning for two weeks, was not bad at all. I cannot wait to go back and Collwood condos will be my first choice always!!!
