The owners have done an exceptional job equipping this condo. Besides being beautiful, the best feature are the high chairs on the balcony! So easy to sit there and not look through railings at the amazing beachfront, right outside either slider door. I could cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 12 in the kitchen as it is super well stocked with everything you can think of. The beds are comfortable (the second bedroom has a double and a twin!), the reclincers are great, and the dining chairs and counter stools are as well. The decor makes it feel homey. Many extras, including books, games, beach towels and gear, binoculars, many hangers and towels. I gave other people a tour of ours as we were finishing packing up, and I felt like a realtor as they oooh and ahhhedd at everything because they were interested in booking this unit in the future. It sells itself! The management is amazing, and Meredith was very kind and helpful. She even let my son who lives nearby have a parking pass, which helped a lot in dealing with having him and our granddaughters visit. This place is a amazing. The pool is great, and there are plenty of new chairs and loungers for the pool an beach. I could easily live there :)

Things had changed from last year since the hurricane. The pool area was very nice. Love being able to see the Gulf. We sure did miss the shuffle board. We hope it gets replaced because our families loved to play it. The living room furniture is nice and relaxing. The balcony furniture is what makes me love this condo. Very comfortable and nice. I think this was our 13-14 year at the beach. We try to come for 2 weeks, one with just Terry and me then the other family members come. We had 5 condos this year. Some years 7 condos. We enjoy our family reunion here. Time always go by to fast. Can't wait for next year. Thanks Sharon & James!

We have been staying at Collwood for the last 4 years. The beach is beautiful! A couple things we like about Collwood. It’s a short walk to John’s pass and several other restaurants. The rooms come with beach towels and some come with beach chairs and umbrellas. Also, we appreciate that the condos supply chairs (since we fly down) the complex is well maintained and the managing staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

Hi Mary & John. We had another great two weeks at the Collwood with all the family in units 404 & 205. The quality of the units, the attention to detail and the good condition of the property is a tribute to how well managed & maintained it is, and that's all down to your excellent property management skills. It has to be right up there as one of the best vacation properties along Madeira Beach and we love having great holidays there. Keep in touch, Carol and I will miss you guys. Collwood condo 404 has the perfect view. The condo is located close to shops and restaurants, but also just far enough away where you don’t feel like your by all the traffic. The condo has all the necessary items needed for a day at the beach or pool, which was very nice! The condo was clean and spacious, our family of 5 fit perfect. The pool area is always clean and well maintained. The condos have plenty of beach chairs so if you are flying you don’t have to worry about not having a beach chair. The on-site managers are very friendly, helpful and always available.

We have been staying at Collwood for the past10 years and have enjoyed it every time . As usual, this time was no different. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen well equipped and living conditions just right. If there is ever a problem, Mary or John are right there to make things perfect. We look forward to staying there many more times.

We loved staying at Collwood. We brought friends that had never been to Florida and it was great showing them everything. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Have stayed at Collwood several times and would highly recommend it.

Condo 404 is comfortable and clean and has everything you need for your stay . Location is on the beach and so relaxing on the patio See dolphins swimming in front of condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Colwood condo 404. Fully equipped, very nicely decorated and very comfortable with the most magnificent views of the beach and especially the setting sun. The Colwood condo complex is ideally located and close to restaurants, shopping and a few very good golf courses. We are hoping to go back again in the future. Tom & Therese Holz

My family absolutely loved our stay here! The unit was well cared for and fully equipped. Collwood Condos are quiet and family friendly. Management is incredibly responsive and keeps everything in top shape. We've already rebooked this same unit for next summer!

Beautiful condo! We had a great week from the high-top chairs on the balcony to the kitchen so well stocked! We enjoyed the chairs leading to the beach. So many extras at this place!! Also, very clean! Wish we could have stayed longer, can't wait to come back!!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Collwood Condos once again! Our last visit was May 2019 due to Covid. This was a new unit for us ( # 404) for us and it was wonderful with the many new upgrades. Facing the ocean side is a must for us! Collwood always offers a friendly atmosphere, great property cleanliness and opportunity to meet people from all over! There are a number of eateries within walking distance and very close to the famous “John’s Pass” We always venture out on the Suncoast trolley that travels up and down Gulf Boulevard to other local restaurants and shopping stores. We have already booked for next year(2023) and look forward to the sunny south! ??????

A great place to stay. Our condo was perfect and had lots of necessities. The Collwood in general is located close to entertainment, well maintained and on site managers. The managers are wonderful.

Collwood was a perfect spot to watch the sunsets on Maderia Beach. Our room was spacious with all the amenities from home. It was a very easy transition into our unit. We created so many family memories. The beds are very comfortable and loved the living room set. Thank you for your hospitality. Hope to be back soon!

Thank you once again Mary and John for taking care of us and our condo for this vacation! It is such a great place. Location is perfect ...walking distance to John's Pass with so many restaurants, bars, shops. And only 10 minute walk to caddy's new location right on the beach! The unit is marvelous. We especially love the high top chairs to see over the balcony railing viewing the sunset and the Gulf and the gorgeous Beach! Most of all the people who vacation here are wonderful!.... friendly and fun ???? We can't wait till next year!!

We had a great vacation in Madeira beach and our stay at the Collwood condos made it exceptional. The condos are large, clean and have all the amenities right beside the spectacular Madeira beach. We had a fantastic time. Love Mary and John. So helpful! We were told to knock on their door should we need anything! Loved the amazing sunsets and having Johns Pass so close by to do so many things! We are already planning a trip back!

We absolutely LOVE the Collwood for so many reasons. Location (beachfront, close to everything), free parking, free use of beach chairs/umbrellas/toys (first come) to name a few. The building is very very well maintained, clean and not huge - so the beach isn't crowded. Mary and John are responsive and very helpful. They are great managers and that makes all the difference in the world! Free laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap. We have stayed in several condos here and have zero complaints. You cannot go wrong here. We will be returning. Highly recommended!

Collwood Condos is a wonderful place to stay in Madeira Beach. The condo is made up of only 30 units, 15 of which are oceanside. Views from the patio are awesome. Beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings, clean beach only a short walk away. Beach chairs provided, as well as towels. We have stayed for the last 8 years, and all units gave been clean and spacious. We particularly like unit 404, it's so cheery and love the high top patio furniture, altho, as I said, other units we stayed in were also very nice. They are equipped with all the necessary materials you need, and if you have any issues, the on site management will gladly see to your needs. Highly recommend Collwood Condos. You wont be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay here at Collwood. Very laid back area and our private entrance to beach. Accommodations were outstanding. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Every year we rebook this place and this time we were in room 404. We love this place. We have been coming for 6 years. Great staff and great location. So close to the boardwalk and Candy Kitchen. Great place to make memories! Book here and you wont regret it!

I cannot say enough about my vacations at the collwood Condos they are comfortable and clean and the view from #404 is Beautiful , Mary and John are great , always helpful and letting me know If I need anything to let them know . We had a wonderful stay in Collwood 404! Loved the extras like the beach chairs and umbrellas and even a small beach bag. Wonderful view! Beds were comfortable. Appreciate the laundry detergent and soaps on hand. Will be returning in the future!

We just returned from a stay at Colwood and enjoyed it so much we booked again for a week in November. The unit itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated with an up to date, well-stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. All the common areas in the complex are well-maintained. This association is very lucky to have Mary and John will take such great pride in the work they do there. Prior to our arrival and booking, Mary took the time to show us all around the complex and explain what it had to offer. She couldn’t have been sweeter. So we ended up booking for a couple of days and then just booked for Thanksgiving week. It’s lovely and relaxing, very quiet yet plenty to do. The beach is well-kept, the pool is wonderful as is the patio area shuffleboard courts and barbecue area. Parking was easy and you were just a very short distance to St. John’s Pass. Looking forward to our return visit!

Amazing views on the gulf side! Building and grounds are always clean! We really appreciated the hand sanitizer in the elevators. Thanks for another amazing stay. We love it at Collwood!

We have been coming to Collwood for the past 6 summers and it never fails to meet all our expectations. Even with COVID 19 we felt safe, we practiced social distancing and did what we were supposed to. Already have reservations for next year.

Collwood Condos is in a great location right on the beach The condo was in excellent condition , very comfortable beautiful ocean view The grounds and the pool are clean , we used the grill by the pool They are in great working condition The managers Mary and John are excellent , they go above and beyond To make sure your stay is awesome , they are always available and helpful Best vacation ever been to Collwood Condos 3 times in 4 months I highly recommend Collwood Condos

We stayed at the Collwood from Jan 4-11, 2020 and had a fantastic time. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is spectacular and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We also found this section of beach much quieter than other parts of Madeira beach and it was very handy to have lounge chairs available for guests just outside of the hotel. The 2 bedroom condo was also quite spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. And Mary and John (property managers) were extremely accommodating to our needs and requests.
