I put a lot of thought into where we'd stay for our Clearwater/St. Pete's vacation. I wanted somewhere that would feel quiet and peaceful, with and ocean view, that could be our base for a week as we planned to see as much of the area as we could fit in. Since I was traveling with my two rather tall sons, I also needed three bigger beds. We couldn't have found a better place than Collwood #505! We loved everything about it! The size, layout and bedding was perfect and the pretty light pinks and greens inside perfectly matched the hues on the ocean at sunrise (which was a wonderful way to wake up every morning!) We did a different beach every day and never had a long drive anywhere. And even if we had wanted to just hang out at Mad Beach every day, it is a wonderful, uncrowded beach that we loved! The walk to John's Pass was only 5 minutes so, literally, everything we needed was right there. If we came to this area again, this is the condo we'd choose for sure!

Had a great two week stay in Collwood 505. The condo was everthing that we wanted. Very comfortable and stylish with incredible views from the fifth floor. Onsite managers Sharon and James do a great job of keeping the whole condo unit running smoothly and clean. Thank you. We have already booked our stay for 2025.

This was the second consecutive year my wife and I stayed at Collwood Condos. Condo #505 was outstanding with a fabulous view of the gulf. Sharon(Collwood Condos manager) went above and beyond with communicating with me prior to our arrival and upon our arrival. 5 stars all around.

Room was extremely clean. Was ready when we arrived which was so convient . Sharon very nice when we met and accomodating With making another reservation. Noticed younger guests than previous stays. At times loud and rude with elevators. Overall another great stay! New managers seem great!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the gulf. Beach very clean and safe. Walked beach daily. Several restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Property managers Sharon and James Finley were wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent again.

We have been coming to Collwood for many years and have always had great experiences both with management and the rental units, and this year was no exception. We have stayed in other places but always come back. Mary has given us so much help with reservations over the years and we have never had any issues that weren’t taken care of immediately. Just returned from terrific 2 week stay in 505 again. Been there several times, but at Collwood over 12 years, often twice a year. Never disappoints. Weather is always good and the area offers as much as you want to do, and dining out has so many options. Having managers on site is handy & safe. Returning in Spring for another visit.

Even with the activity of Idalia before our arrival, Mary and John had everything perfect as usual at Collwood. The weather was fantastic, sunshine 6-1/2 days of our stay. Thanks again to Mary and John for the wonderful stay.

This was our 2nd year staying at Collwood. We loved it! The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed plus some. We had a few umbrellas and a cooler and beach towels. I highly recommend Collwood!!

We have been coming for 9 years always a great time with family and friends. Can't wait till next year. Sure gonna miss Mary and John.

We loved condo#5. This was our 2nd year staying at the Collwood and we will be coming back next year. Mary & John the managers are very nice and helpful.

Collwood 505 was great had everything we needed views were amazing the furniture was comfortable. We will definitely be back next year.also just want to add that Mary the manager is also wonderful if you need anything usually all you have to do is let her know.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in unit 505. We have stayed in several different units at Collwood and this was one of our favorites. It has obviously been updated and well taken care of and we would definitely stay there again. Hope to return next winter! Ken and Sue Cox

I’ve been staying in the Madeira Beach area of Florida many years. This was the second time at Collwood and the first time in Collwood 505. The cleanliness of this unit and the views from the Lanai were fabulous. The complete rental process was not complicated and made easy by the in-house Manager Mary Ogren. Of all the Condos I’ve rented over the years I would rate the Collwood at the top of my list and I do look forward to a return visit.

Just returned home from another wonderful stay at Collwood. Was a terrific 2 weeks-lots of sun, very warm. John & Mary are great managers, and our unit 505 fits our needs perfectly. We’ve rebooked for next year already. Highly recommend!!

Love staying at Collwood. I have stayed in 3 different units and they’ve all been clean and comfortable!

We have just returned from a thoroughly relaxing 3 week stay at Collwood. Our first vacation since the beginning of Covid! Over the years we have stayed in many different condos in this building. Every visit has been wonderful. Mary and John are so attentive and helpful, without being intrusive, that they help make the vacation the success that it is. We also found the other guests so helpful during this visit. My husband has health issues and people went above and beyond to help us. The building, pool and grounds are kept very clean. I also like that there is a large selection of beach chairs, beach loungers, boogie boards and shovels for children that guests are welcome to use. John's Pass is an easy walk down the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. This is also a popular spot for beach weddings. While we were there we saw at least 5. I would recommend Collwood to anyone thinking of visiting Madeira Beach and can't wait to return.

I have stayed at this unit 2 times and it is a great place .it's very clean and the managers do a wonderful job taking care of the place the beach is is super nice and this condo building has its own beach lounge chairs and that is a plus I don't know of any other place that offers this .I will be back

We loved our stay at Collwood 505! The condo was very clean and well stocked and had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the close beach access and the chairs and toys that were available for guest usage, they were wonderful and so convenient. The condo is within walking distance of John’s Pass and many other restaurants and shops. We loved sitting on the balcony watching sunsets and seeing the dolphins. The complex is well maintained and Mary and John were always around doing upkeep and available if needed. We were welcomed when we arrived and given tons of great information. Would highly recommend Collwood Condos.

We loved our stay at Collwood 505. The condo was comfortable and conveniently located to all of the beaches and activities of the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy. The elevators were quick. The beach was easy to access. The pool was clean. Plenty of towels, dishes, and even some supplies like dish and laundry soap. We liked that the condo had a TV in each room so everyone could watch what they wanted. We loved exploring the restaurants of the area. Our number 1 find was a little Italian place called Mario's. So delicious & authentic.

We always have a great vacation at Collwood. Mary is great to work with with any problems or concerns. Our unit 505 has everything you need for cooking . Look forward to our next stay there. Great location to John's Pass. Perry and Rebecca Kennington

The staff and Collwood Condo's was so helpful and friendly. They were always available for any concerns or questions. The condo was roomy, comfortable and clean. We had no complaints. We had 4 couples in Condo 505 and 506, you usually have someone complain but we all were extremely happy with our stay. Will definitely book here next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at unit 505. The room had all the utensils we needed for our week long stay. The size of the balcony and the number of chairs available on the balcony was great. The king size bed was comfortable. The location to the beach and the number of beach chairs that were available to use was great. We also got out of the sun when we needed a break and enjoyed the shade by the pool and played some games with the family. Our stay was exceptional. # 505 Condo was so nice and offers everything you need for your stay. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the kitchen has nice dishes and glassware. Along with other necessities. We enjoyed the ocean view and deck to watch sunsets. We also enjoyed the lounge chairs and beach chairs to use. The pool is also very nice and comfortable temp. The Managers Mary and Ron are always doing their job. They are very helpful and making sure everything is fixed and replaced if need. Easy to book condos and very informative. Thanks for the great time.

Just returned from our latest visit to Collwood, and as usual had a wonderful time. We have now been renting for 10 years, going twice yearly for several years. Units are great, spacious & always clean. Managers on site make in very convenient. Madeira Beach is so beautiful, makes perfect vacation spot.

My Wife and I recently returned from our 1st stay at Collwood for 2 weeks. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the condo, building and grounds. The pool,grilling area, tables to relax, beach chairs and ample parking made our stay so welcoming. We have found our new home away from home and look forward to future stays. Our condo 505 was excellent, the furnishings were comfortable and clean, the management provided everything we required.

We've been staying at the Collwood for the last five years. We have stayed in different units and have never disappointed. We were not disappointed this stay either. #505 is a fine unit. This was our first time in this unit. The lay out is perfect for two families. The living, dining and kitchen are centered in the unit and the bedrooms and baths are on either side. Lots of room and nicely decorated. This was also our first time for an almost hurricane (Eta) but we felt safe in this building, though it was interesting. The managers are also super fine folks.

My husband and I, sister and brother-in-law vacation every year together. We have stayed at Collwood Condos many times and always have a great experience. The condo's are very nice and offer privacy with two bedrooms and two baths. The view off the balcony's are amazing and you are only steps away from the beautiful beach and blue waters. I Mary, the manger at Coolwood Condos is always very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. John's Pass is only 5 blocks away. We love the many stores, yummy restaurants, local hangouts and the wonderful, happy local's with all their great stories. We've already booked our 2021 vacation stay at Collwood Condos, because we have never been disappointed. Tammy

This is the second time my wife and I have had the pleasure of spending our vacation at Collwood at Madeira Beach. The first time was with some of our children on a college visit this time it was our turn for some relaxation. From the moment we arrived and opened the doors on our condo we were transported to a vacation paradise. Each day we were either on the beasch or in the pool. At night we enjoyed the setting sun from our balcony and the surrounding nightlife at Johns Pass. Everything was perfect. If you've never been to Collwood you are missing a beautiful vacation. I love staying at the Collwood! It is very relaxing, clean and comfy. Collwood is on the beach and only a short walk to John' Pass. Mary and John are outstanding hosts. I have stayed many times at the Collwood and plan on returning!

I have spent many summer vacations at Collwood Condominiums with my family. This year however I spent my Honeymoon at Collwood. I plan to continue vacationing at Collwood and one day in the future hopefully I will have children to share Collwood and Madeira Beach with them.
