We have been coming to Collwood for years, our family reunion. We enjoy being together. Collwood is a very nice place to stay. We will be back next year.

We have been coming to Collwood for 9 years and love it. We usually reserve three condos on top floor. The place is always clean and management is always helpful if any issues arise. Can't wait until next summer.

The condo was super clean and comfortable, quite roomy. The view…to die for!! The unit was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including beach accessories. The building is well-maintained and the area feels safe. Management is awesome. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping, not to mention. Short drive to Treasure Island and St Pete. We’ll definitely be coming back year after year.

When we arrived we were treated to a warm welcome by Sharon and James. They offered to do whatever they could to make our stay ideal. When we had a few things to correct in the condo, James responded immediately along with Sharon to assist us. They are to be commended for their attention to detail. Thanks for making our time at Collwood so enjoyable. Bob and Joanne.

I had a wonderful time at Collwood. The condo was more then expected! The building is well taken care of. The location is great...walking distance to John's Pass. Sharon and James were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Would come back again and again!

Our stay at the Collwood was very enjoyable. The unit, pool, and common areas are kept well and are inviting. Lots of friendly people to talk to while at the BBQ or pool. The beach is beautiful and clean. Thank you James and Sharon, managers, for all that you do to make the Collwood so inviting.

#506 is a great end unit on the top floor. It was clean with a tropical decor. Unit was very well stocked with cooking & dinner ware. I had everything I needed, which is saying something since I actually cook quite a bit on vacation. They also supplied dish soap, dishwasher tabs & even laundry soap, which was a definite plus. Management is friendly and responsive. We loved chilling on the balcony, walking on the beach, and It’s close enough that you can walk to John’s Pass. I have zero complaints and would happily stay here again.

Going to miss mary and john the managers. Always there to help! Become like a second home. Unit was clean and in good working order. Close walk to beach and the pass. Stay here everytime. Hope things stay as good with new managerd.

Excellent condo with great people running the place. Condo has chairs, umbrellas, and toys/games available for the beach. We have stayed here many times and have never been dissappointed.

Had a wonderful week staying in unit 506, well furnished with everything you need. Will look forward to returning!

Myself, husband, daughter and son-in-law stayed in #506 week of Apr.29 - May 6th,2023. We all absolutely loved the condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, well appointed with everything we needed. The pool, beach chairs, grounds were all wonderful and well kept. And the management staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. We'll be checking into staying at this condo again next May!!

The condo is well maintained overlooking the beach. Very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We had such a great time their. Our condo 506 was great , best kitchen ever, only thing wrong was no hair dryers. Very clean, great ocean view, close to restaurants and St, John pass. Grocery stores are close to you. The managers are great. We will go back.

We stayed in Condo 406. It was a very well cared for. Furniture was very comfortable . It had everything that we needed. Thanks for sharing your condo with us

Most everything exceeded our expectations and beyond. The grounds were very clean and VERY well-maintained. The condo was probably the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The paper towels, dish soap, etc were very much appreciated and unexpected! It was our first time visiting the area and were blown away with how friendly everyone was and how well-kept the beach, etc were. Just amazing.

We have been spending our vacation at the Collwood every summer for over 12 years now and because of Covid, this is our first time back in 3 summers and it was just as great as it's always been. The condo's are all beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The pool and grounds are always kept clean and tidy. John and Mary are so very helpful and if you ever need anything, they get on it immediately.

This was our family's 3rd stay at Collwood. I lucked out, and was able to reserve the beautiful #506, overlooking the Gulf. The decor was so nice, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated and incredibly pretty. We were very happy with our condo! The grounds at Collwood are just perfect for families. My kids always enjoy the games available under the building. The pool and whole pool area is so clean, with plenty of spots to lounge, and tons of toys to keep the kids busy. We love that there is a trunk full of beach toys! My kids spent hours on the gorgeous beach building sand castles. We also appreciate that there are several chairs and lounges available for guests on the boardwalk and at the top of the beach. This has become a summer home away from home, and Mary & John are the best on site managers. They're both so friendly, kind, helpful, and make sure guests have all they need! We are already planning our trip down for the Summer of '23 and we can't wait! -Shelley Mokas & family

We found Collwood 8 years ago after a very stressful time in our life. It has become a second home and a favorite place for vacations and a retreat. We have been there 7 times and will continue to visit a often as we can. The Condos are amazing and the managers are wonderful. Can't wait for our next trip.

We have returned from a week stay at Collwood Condo 506, located right in the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is very well appointed, the kitchen is supplied with everything for preparing meals and serving meals, the bed linens and towels were superior and towels were also provided for the pool/beach. Great views were enjoyed not only from the balcony but the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This complex is well run, very clean, organized check in and check out. Chairs available for beach use as well as sand toys for the children. Collwood ensures you want to come back!!

We really enjoyed our week at Collwood. The condo complex was so well maintained and every one was so friendly and helpful. The key fob for entering the complex was wonderful. The fact that you had lounge chairs out by the beach was also great. The location is perfect! We did not rent a car, had groceries delivered and easy walk to eating and shopping The condo we rented was also well stocked and very nice and clean. We hope to stay at Collwood again. Thanks for a great week.

My 3rd stay at Collwood. I've been going to FL. For many years and this is by far my favorite!! Cannot wait to go again. Friendly, clean, exceptional!!

This was my fourth year coming to Collwood for a week. For us, it’s a week enjoying a slice of heaven. We get lots of relaxation, beautiful sunsets, seashell finding, and falling asleep listening to the waves as they come up on the sand. Mary and John do an excellent job at keep the property in excellent condition and they’re friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking a true vacation.

Collwood is our favorite place to stay, beautiful beaches and the condo has everything you need! Can't wait to come back.

My family has been coming to Collwood for the past 7 years, we usually get 3 or more reservations. The managers and other guests are always great and make it feel like a big family reunion every year.

We enjoyed staying in this condo so much! The Collwood feels like our second home. John and Mary are great to work with. We would like to stay in 506 again soon! The views are great and it is nicely furnished.

The staff and Collwood Condo's was so helpful and friendly. They were always available for any concerns or questions. The condo was roomy, comfortable and clean. We had no complaints. We had 4 couples in Condo 505 and 506, you usually have someone complain but we all were extremely happy with our stay. Will definitely book here next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay as usual . The facilities , staff, guests are always top notch . Thank you for all the accommodations especially on move in day .

To celebrate our 35th anniversary (and escape the Michigan winter for a week) we decided to visit Madeira Beach and stay at Collwood. We had a wonderful time, the condo was clean and the view from the balcony was AMAZING! John and Mary were very helpful and we appreciated having them on-site. We will definitely be back (and hopefully BEFORE our 40th)!

We enjoyed a wonderful week staying in # 506 for a week. The unit was very nice and clean. Mary and John (property mgrs.) were very accessible and assisted in a timely and friendly manner upon beckoning them when a couple of minor needs arose. The Collwood condos were a great choice. Plenty of room for 4 adt/1 chd. Both bdrms/ bathrms were clean and plenty of storage space. Needed the heated pool as weather was not as warm as we would have liked. Grates on grills were spotless. Appreciated the dunes on beach in front of condos as they were a good wind break. Enjoyed the close proximity to John's Pass as we never had to drive to get there. Besides the less than desired weather situation we had a great time although much too short.

Our family stayed in Collwood, Unit 506. We arrived to a goody bag of homemade cookies, candies and a lovely ornament with sand and shells inside! What a fun Christmas treat. Our unit was very clean, and kitchen was very well equipped with quality pots and pans. The star of the show was the views of the Gulf from the large patio doors. The whole complex is very quiet and other guests were cheerful and polite. The heated pool was very nice, and we appreciated the elevator since we where on the top floor. Medeira Beach is very clean, and the sand is white and so soft! We will fondly remember our time at Medeira Beach every year when we hang up the ornament we received!

Our vacation stay at Collwood Condos on Madeira Beach was a dream come true. The condo was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was spectacular and exceeded all my expectations! What a wonderful place, quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. Mary and John (on site managers) were fantastic, happy to assist in anyway. Can't wait to book our next vacation there again!! LOVED IT!!

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view! Mary and John are outstanding managers always willing to help you out if needed. Several sanitizing stations were available to keep guests safe during covid. I highly recommend and will return. Saint Johns Pass is also within walking distance.

The condo was well equipped and the location was great! Check in and check out was a breeze and Mary & John were delightful to work with. One recommendation, the sliding door from the living room out to the balcony was very difficult to slide open. And the blinds on the balcony were not operable with provided tool. Otherwise the stay was great!

I would give our stay 5/5 stars. It is our second time staying at Collwood and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! We love the outdoor amenities that allowed us to have a great time on the beach and in the pool as well as allowing us to still enjoy the outdoors when the afternoon storms rolled in. Our condo was fully equipped and clean. The only complaint that I would have is that the towel rack was loose in the master bath and The bed was a little too firm for me, but those are things that did not really affect our fun! We’ll be back!! Thanks Mary and John!
