Again another great week at Collwood, 403 was everything we expected with this being our fourth trip to Collwood since finding this location 3 years ago. Sharon and James welcomed us in with their great hospitality. Already booked for the next trip! Thanks again!

Just returned from Collwood Condos at beautiful Madeira Beach. Had a great 1week stay with our daughter & son-in-law. We all loved the area. Hubby & I stayed at beach& pool. They visited nearby museums & we all went to Tarpon Springs. Enjoyed everything. Have been staying at Collwood over 13 years, sometimes twice a year. Always have great time. Accomodations are great. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Collwood was amazing. The condos are clean, airy and bright. Everything you could possibly need is available in these units. Mary and John do an outstanding job managing these units. They run it like a well oiled machine, they are present to help with any needs you may have. I can't raved enough. Thank you!

Collwood is a super great place to stay for a sunny vacation. Not extravagant or over the top. Its well appointed with all the pleasures of home. Very cozy, very comfortable and close to the beach.

We really enjoyed our two week stay at Collwood Condos in Madeira Beach.The location was very central,close to restaurants,Johns Pass and fronting right on a beautiful sandy beach.The owner of the condo was very obliging and a pleasure to talk with .The condo was well equipped with all the conveniences.Mary and John ,the managers of the condo complex were very pleasant and went out of their way to make you feel welcome.We would certainly stay there again. We enjoyed staying at Collwood . The resident caretakers were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in Unit 404 which had been updated and new flooring and furniture which was very nice. The caretakers were very helpful and concerned that everything was taken care of properly. They were also very friendly and helpful.

Collwood is the perfect place to stay. The condo was well equipped with all the necessary items. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony. On the beach and 4 blocks from John's Pass and the Boardwalk.

We have been coming to Collwood for many years and we are always so pleased with the entire experience. We have stayed in several units and this one like the others did not not disappoint. Managers Mary and John go above and beyond to make your stay so pleasurable and they ensure all your needs are met. Would definitely recommend Collwood!

We enjoyed an awesome vacation at Collwood Condos in July 2022. Our condo was very comfortable and well furnished to ensure we had everything we needed. Perfectly positioned on the beach with walking distance to nearby shopping and restaurants. We did not have a car and were able to get a grocery delivery on arrival with out issue. We definitely will stay again and look forward to returning soon.

I love this area and Colwood condos are great Mary and John manage them perfectly it’s in a great location

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Collwood Condos for our vacation. The condo we stayed in (403) was beautiful and had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer right in the condo is an added bonus. The beach was great, and having the communal beach chairs was definitely a plus. I even found 3 shark teeth on the beach! My family will absolutely come back!

The Collwood Condos are in a great location on Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach. Just a few blocks up to the amenities of John’s Pass Village. Mary and John are helpful with Whatever you need. Beautiful beach, everything you want in a beach vacation.Looking forward to doing it again. Ed Cline

We had a wonderful time. Although this was not a condo with a direct view of the gulf, we had a partial view. The intercoastal view was nice. The condo was clean, well equipped with kitchen essentials and the beds were comfortable. John and Mary are always very welcoming and helpful.

Our condo #403 was quiet and very clean! It was very affordably priced. We saw dolphins daily. The beach was clean. My teens enjoyed the pool. Gorgeous sunsets. Mary was great and very helpful.

I was in a last minute bind on finding a different place to stay for my family vacation, our original condo booking had damage done to it and the owners had to cancel our reservation. Luckily I ran across this gem. Mary was a delight to work with and was able to accomodate my family with jjst days notice. The owners of condo 403 were amazing as well. The condo was spacious, very clean and had almost everything you would need for your entire weeks stay to make you feel at home. We cooked many meals at the condo and on the grills downstairs, we didnt want to leave to much due to covid. We enjoyed playing cornhole while we grilled and the kids swam in the pool which was always clean and warm. Never busy or crowded. They also had beach chairs and loungers available for the beach, so there is no need to have to pack any to bring with you. However there were several broken and torn chairs, there were still plenty others to choose from. They also have a chest with beach toys and pool toys available to use as well if you have small children. The beach is not crowded at all near the condo, 20 to 30ft away from the next person at any given moment. The building is very secure, you must have key fob to be able to enter the main doors of the building. The condo complex is iconveniently located to many shops and restaurants within walking distance and Johns Pass is within walking distance as well. The condo we stayed in wasnt ocean front but had a really nice view from the large balcony. Only complaints I would really have, And theyre not necessarily complaints, more suggestions, is the water pressure is very very poor for showers, and the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable, and it could use a little updating but it didnt effect our comfortability or our pleasure of our stay. Overall great place and I will 100% return again.

We were very pleased to stay at the Collwood Condos (403). We have been to Madeira several times and this was our first time to stay here. The location was perfect for our family. Only 1/2 mile from John's Pass but far enough away from the major public access. Mary & John made you feel so welcome. Having them on site was a plus for me. We have stayed in other places where the owner/manager were several miles away. It was good to know if anything was needed, Mary & John were there ready to help. Our condo was set up perfectly for our needs. We have a family of four. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large enough and up to date. Flat screen TVs in every room with good cable. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. They do have two separate access points, but even with that, it was slow. However, given there are app. 15 units on each access point and possibly 4-5 smart devices per unit, it is no wonder. The good thing was cell phone service was perfect. Kitchen had all utensils provided. There was even spices, oil, etc if you wish to cook. Plenty of cups, plates, bowls & silverware. Stackable washer and dryer was very convenient. (detergent and dish soap was even provided). Beach access was amazing. The provided beach chairs and lounging chairs were a great bonus. Pool was not huge, but large enough. VERY clean and shaded from the direct sun. If you have never stayed in Madiera Beach, you are missing out! Calm, clear water and you are only 30 minutes from TPA and even closer to PIE. We would highly recommend Collwood Condo 403! We will definitely be staying again!

Our stay at Collwood was everything we expected and more. It gets better every year that we return. 403 was not as updated as some of the other condos that we have rented, but was still quite comfortable. A little sprucing and it could easily be one of our favorites.
