I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Unit 232 Park Place Motel in Cedar Key. The unit was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The view from the balcony was the best in town! and I saw all the Christmas lights and the water!! The town was adorable - and everyone all over town was so friendly! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The unit was quiet and well appointed. I am excited to plan my next stay and really hope to get this unit again.

As usual, a great experience in a very special place. The owner of the unit we rented might consider putting in a shower mat for guests to use as the shower was usually slippery when you first get in. Had to grab the handholds each time, but just a simple rubber mat to put on the floor would be sufficient to avoid potential falls, especially when first entering the wet shower.

Hi. Overall we enjoyed the stay but found several things that is changed would make the stay more enjoyable. - several of the lights didn’t work ( closet, bathroom, and main area) - the sleeper sofa really wasn’t a pull out sleeper so the room didn’t sleep 4. Only 3. My twins are 10 and didn’t have enough room - light switch in kitchen is hidden behind the refrigerator - the tv didn’t work. At all. A dvd player is not appropriate- nor did we see any dvds. That said the direct tv box didn’t even turn on. I asked the desk to assist but we didn’t hear from them and I do not think they visited or explained they couldn’t fix it. - no soap. At all. A quarter sized disk is not soap. Our family also rented 228 which we found updated, in working order and did not have any of the an issues mentioned above. For the price well not return. Thx.
